IDATHA is an AI agent that works inside the WhatsApp or Telegram you already have — nothing to install, and no new number. You bring the AI key; we provide the agent, its memory, the South African knowledge and the skills.

2. Add your AI key
OpenAI, DeepSeek, Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible provider. You can paste it at signup, or let your agent ask you in the first chat. It is stored encrypted and used only for your messages.
3. Message it on Telegram — or WhatsApp on a paid plan
Your agent replies in your own WhatsApp or Telegram. No new app, no separate login. The South African knowledge base is live from the first message.
4. Add skills when you want them
Ask in the chat to switch on email, then web browsing. Your plan changes at the next billing date and the skill is available immediately.

South African knowledge
A large curated database of South African questions and answers — municipal accounts and rates, SARS and tax, medical aid claims, vehicle licensing, the Rental Housing Tribunal, UIF, and everyday administration. Your agent answers with the real figures and the real process.
Web lookups
Your agent searches the web and answers from the results: the title, the address and the summary each one carries. It names the source and gives you the link. It does not open the pages — so when the answer sits inside a page rather than in its summary, it says so rather than guessing. Opening the page itself is the next skill down, and it is the Pro one: full web browsing.

It sends and receives email on your command, or works through the backlog while you sleep. You see every draft before it goes, and nothing is sent without your yes in the chat.
Full web browsing — it opens the pages and reads them
The whole page, not the search result. A page that only builds itself once a browser loads it, and a page published as a picture — like a restaurant’s menu sitting on its own site as an image. It reads the details off the page, then acts on them: researching, comparing, booking a table, filling in a form. It hands the payment step back to you, every time. Because it reads the whole page it takes longer than a lookup — a few seconds on a light page, up to a minute on a heavy one.

Your invoices, receipts and bank statements come together into one set of books, with every unmatched line named. VAT figures for a return, with the unconfirmed lines flagged. A tax-preparation pack for your accountant, a management pack from your invoices, receipts and bank together, and a statement of account for any client. 250 MB of memory — five times Pro.

The business skills — and three people sharing them
Built for a business rather than a person: letters of demand and breach notices, supplier and cost analysis over time, the cash view — what is coming in and going out, from your own records — contract, policy and HR structures, and a tender pack. Shared workspace in progress (accounts@, sales@, management@), all reading and writing the same brain in real time. 1,000 MB of shared memory.
You stay in control
Every skill is human-in-the-loop. Your agent prepares, then asks. It never moves money, never completes a payment, never holds a bank login, and never enters a card number or a verification code. It takes you to the final click and hands over to you.
What happens to your data
Your AI key is encrypted at rest. Your messages are stored so your agent has memory and context, and they are not used to train public models. You can request deletion at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
