What your agent does

You message it like a person. It works from your own business records, and it asks before it does anything that leaves the chat.

Talking to it

WhatsApp or Telegram

Your agent lives in a chat app you already have. No app to download, no new password to remember. Use it and send a LOGIN code to see its dashboard in a browser.

Eleven languages

South Africa has eleven official languages. Write or speak in any of them and your agent replies in the same one.

It remembers your business

Tell it once and it keeps it: what you sell, who your clients are, how you like to be addressed. You can see everything it remembers on your dashboard and correct any of it.

Photos and voice notes

Send a photo and it reads it. Send a voice note and it hears it. Both work on the plan you are paying for, not on ours.

South African knowledge

Reviewed answers on tax dates, UIF, COIDA, CIPC, B-BBEE, POPIA and employment basics — so it does not guess at the things that cost money to get wrong.

It can look things up

Ask it about something current and it opens the web, reads the page, and tells you what it found — rather than answering from memory.

Money in and out

Invoices it makes and sends

Ask for an invoice and your agent builds it — your client, the line items, VAT if you are registered, your terms and your bank details. It attaches the PDF to the email, shows you what is about to go out, and sends it when you say yes.

Chasing that gets firmer with time

It keeps the due date and matches the tone to how late it is: friendly under 15 days, direct and neutral from 15 to 30, firm from 31 to 60, and a final notice past 60. It writes the reminder and can send it — and it will never threaten legal action, interest or a collection agency, because those are yours to decide, not its.

Quotes

Same as an invoice but for work you have not done yet, with a validity date. It keeps the figure so it can follow up.

Expenses from a photo

Photograph a receipt and send it with the caption R or RECEIPT. It reads the supplier, the total, the VAT and the date, files them so they add up, and keeps the photo. Ask afterwards for a report at any time — what you spent, with whom, and how much of it is VAT.

Your books, from your bank statement

Export a statement as CSV from your internet banking and import it. Your agent can then answer for your money the way it answers for everything else — "what did I spend with Vodacom", "what is my net this month". It reads the figures and never adds them up itself, so the totals come from your records rather than from a guess. Import the same statement twice and nothing is counted twice.

Who owes you, worst first

Ask who owes you money and it lists them by how overdue they are and how much — not in the order they were entered.

Supplier fraud check

Send it a supplier invoice. It remembers each supplier's bank details, and if the account number has changed it stops and tells you to phone them on a number you already had. The most dangerous invoice is a real one with one number changed.

A compliance clock

Real SARS dates for your business, filtered to what actually applies to you, with reminders before each one rather than after.

Time and meetings

Reminders

"Remind me Friday at nine to call the bank." It does, with the right timezone, and it survives a restart of the server.

Your calendar

Paste a private read-only link from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar and your agent can see your week. It can answer "what have I got tomorrow" and warn you about clashes. Read-only on purpose: it cannot move your appointments.

Meetings become minutes

Send a recording of a meeting — anything from a minute and a half up to three hours — and you get written minutes: what it was about, who was there, what was decided, who has to do what and by when, and what was left open. Every action becomes a reminder.

It hears everything, and it keeps everything. The transcript and the minutes stay on your account, so months later you can ask "what did we agree with the builder about the roof" and get the answer — with the meeting and the date named — instead of hunting for a document.

A morning briefing

Once a day, at a time you choose, it tells you what is due, who owes you, what is on today and what it needs from you.

Your inbox, triaged

Connect a mailbox and ask what is in it. It reads, sorts out what needs you from what does not, and drafts replies you can send.

Papers and documents

Real documents

Invoices, quotes, letters and CVs come back as proper PDFs, not walls of chat text.

Filled in from your own details

Your business name, VAT number, registration and bank details are typed in by the system from what you gave it — never retyped by the AI, which is how a digit goes missing on something a client pays against.

Add-ons — from Premium and Enterprise upwards

Social posts

It writes the post and measures it against the platform's character limit, then hands it to you to publish. Your agent never posts to your account — you approve and you upload, so your account stays yours.

Images — on your own key

Ask for a picture and it makes one. Bring your own key from OpenRouter, Google AI Studio or OpenAI — OpenRouter is the broad one, since a single key reaches Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux and Ideogram. The model that draws it is chosen for you. You pay the provider directly for what you generate — IDATHA does not mark it up.

Ad creation

Write a short advertisement and make the creative to go with it, ready for you to place.

How it is run

Your own AI key

You bring a key from a provider you choose — DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Groq, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI. Your conversations run on your key and are billed to you by them. We never route your traffic through ours.

Your agent has its own email address

Give it a mailbox of its own — not yours. It writes to your clients on behalf of your business and signs as your company agent, so your personal inbox and your personal password stay yours.

It asks before it acts

Anything that leaves the chat — an email, an invoice, a reply to a client — is shown to you first and goes when you say yes.

It never pays for anything

Your agent holds no bank login, no card number and no wallet. It will not enter a payment step or a verification code, and if something needs paying it comes back to you and says so.

Start with the free plan

Bring a key from a free provider — Gemini or Groq — and it costs you nothing to find out whether your agent is useful.
